Added: 

• Remove Inventory: A new option alongside Add to Inventory and Transfers for taking stock out (damage, personal/owner use, shrinkage, etc.). Scan or search items, enter a reason, and confirm. Inventory updates immediately, and it's saved as its own report type.

• A safety confirmation step before Remove Inventory submits, summarizing the units/items/reason and warning it can't be undone from StockSnap.

• Stock Take's Scanner mode now has a "No barcode? Search for a product..." field, so items without a scannable barcode can be found by name/SKU and added to the count without switching to Manual mode.

• A new Settings → "Variant display" section lets you choose which of a product's (up to 3) variant options show up in item titles on POS, instead of always showing the full "Red / Leather / 10" string.

Changed: 

• The main POS screen's action buttons (Start a stock take, Add to inventory, Remove from inventory, Create a transfer) are now colour-coded, matching the same colours used for each report type in admin Reports.

Fixed:

• Search results (Add to Inventory, Transfers, Remove Inventory, and Stock Take's new item search) are no longer capped to whatever fits on screen — they scroll properly now.

• Rapid successive scans of items sharing the same barcode (e.g. several boxes of the same product) were sometimes silently dropped. The scanner's duplicate-scan guard was applying a 1.5-second window meant for the camera to physical/Bluetooth scanners too; those now use a much shorter guard, so back-to-back scans of the same barcode are reliably counted.
